Job summary

Above- is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in both home and clinic settings in Colorado. You will implement individualized programs under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and maintain detailed session notes.

The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team focused on high-quality care and positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism and developmental needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state photo ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel up to 25%.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
