Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-developed behavior plans to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.

• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in improving their social, communication, and daily living skills.
