Job summary

One of the Kids is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one pediatric behavioral health therapy (ABA, speech, OT) on-site at our South Austin campus. The role operates during standard business hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) with a supportive, growth-oriented culture focused on integrity and ongoing mentorship.

The ideal candidate will hold RBT certification, demonstrate dedication to families, and bring strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.

We want to add a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our tight-knit team. This position is thoroughly clinic-based and subject to operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5:0 0 PM.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation.
• $500 Sign-on bonus for full-time RBT-certified candidates.
• Paid training program for BT trainees.
• $2,000 annual attendance and retention bonus (paid quarterly).
