Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings across Georgia. You will work under the supervision of experienced BCBAs to support children and families in achieving meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing individualized plans, and fostering communication, social and daily living skills, with opportunities for BCBA supervision and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Georgia and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Georgia

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
