Total Care ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Georgia. You will support children and families under the supervision of BCBAs and help achieve meaningful goals.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive hourly pay based on experience, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Georgia and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Georgia

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
