Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

This role requires reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to homes, schools, clinics, or community sites; in-person work is expected and adherence to ethical and privacy requirements is essential.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or behavior analysis is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
  • Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data and complete session notes accurately and timely.

Job description

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case, which may include a home, school, clinic, or community setting.
  • Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
  • Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
  • Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
  • Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.
