We Set You Up for Success:

We're here to support you every step of the way, starting with mandatory training and certification. With our guidance, you'll become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in no time, equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

What We Need From You:

  • A strong desire to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
  • A compassionate attitude and a sense of dedication to “be present” every day while working with both clients and your fellow team members.
  • Be reliable and dependable–your clients and your team members will be counting on you.
  • A willingness to learn and open to constructive feedback for development.
  • Because we value the safety of our clients and their families, we do require a background check.

What we require from you:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day.
  • Kids are fast, so the ability to follow a child without restrictions throughout the center (sometimes at a rapid pace) is needed.

Salary Description:

$17.00 - $23.00 + Bonus
