Provide one‑on‑one behavioral support
Implement individualized treatment and behavior‑support plans under BCBA supervision
Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA
Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication
Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing
Complete your onboarding within 48 hours so we can match you with your first client as quickly as possible
Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer
