Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

Location: Rochester, NH

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Rochester, NH. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Accurately collect, record, and analyze data to track progress and inform adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to promote student growth and achievement.
Qualifications
  • Certification: Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to individual student needs effectively.
