Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Perry, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy one-on-one in home or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will help children gain skills and independence in comfortable environments.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and experience with children of varying ages. Training is provided, and full-time hours are available with competitive pay.

About The Role

As an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Perry, GA, you\'ll work one-on-one with children in their home or clinic setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients\' homes


• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change


• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals


• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)


• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
