Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in the home or clinic setting across Georgia. You will work one-on-one with children, under BCBA supervision, helping them build essential skills and independence in familiar environments.

We offer paid training, daily pay, generous PTO, and full benefits for those working 30+ hours per week, with opportunities for career progression (BCBA, BCaBA, Lead RBT).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

About the Role

As an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Perry, GA, you'll work one-on-one with children in their home or clinic setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Preferred:

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
