Responsibilities
  1. Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting
  2. Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
  3. Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
  4. Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals
  5. Track client progress and program data
  6. Adhere to company's policies and procedures
  7. Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
  8. Work effectively as a team contributor and independently while maintaining communication with management and staff
  9. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, plus at least six months of work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations daily
