Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician Certification or experience working with children, and willingness to obtain RBT Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
• Report progress to supervisors
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Work independently with communication and coordination with management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, plus at least six months of experience providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
