Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or experience working with children, and willingness to obtain RBT Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
• Provide feedback on client progress
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and data
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, with at least six months of relevant experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations
