Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for helping others to join our team as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role involves providing individualized behavioral therapy under supervision, with a focus on delivering measurable results in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track client progress and document data accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Assist in teaching communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of experience or volunteering in a healthcare setting.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: USD $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
