Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting. You will implement goals under BCBA supervision and report progress to your supervisor, while fostering communication, self-help, and social skills in clients.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to travel to multiple sites daily. The role offers part-time medical benefits for those who qualify and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 6 months' relevant work/volunteer experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and attentive detail.
• Has reliable transportation to travel to multiple assignments daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient information.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments.
• Work independently while coordinating with management and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
