The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health working with individuals with autism and has reliable means of transportation transportation. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and providing support to individuals in need.

Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervisor

• Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with autism

Experience:

• Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferred
• Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
