Job summary

Child Builders ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team providing home-based ABA services. The ideal candidate will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support individuals with autism while coordinating with families and supervisors.

This part-time position offers hands-on experience in behavioral health and opportunities to advance. A reliable vehicle and flexible scheduling are valued, with in-person work located across Rhode Island, including Newport.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records; knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities
