Texas ABA Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time role in Katy, TX. The starting rate is $23.50 per hour, with paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence.

Active RBT certification through BACB is required, and compensation is finalized based on experience and education. We deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics, supported by BCBA supervision.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services
  

Position-Specific Items

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT):Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
