REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN/ RBT PART-TIME

Requirements: Registered Behavior Technician Certification or experience working with children, and willingness to obtain RBT Certification.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings
  • Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
  • Provide feedback on client progress to supervisors
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals
  • Track client progress and program data
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Work independently with communication and coordination with management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, with at least six months of experience or volunteer work providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations daily
