Registered Behavior Technician - RBT (On the Job Training Provided)

Do you want to make a difference in the life of a child with autism? Are you looking for a flexible, fun job that fits well with school? Do you prefer part-time hours?

We offer on-the-job training and will pay you to get certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). During training, you will be paid $12.25/hour for a 40-hour Applied Behavior Analysis course. Once certified, your pay increases to $15.75/hour, with a range of $15.75-$18.25/hour for RBTs.

If you are already certified as an RBT, your pay starts in the $15.75-$18.25/hour range.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist children with autism in their homes or our clinic under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Implement instructional programs, teach adaptive living skills, and carry out behavior interventions.
• Collect data, complete session notes, and communicate with the Behavior Analyst regarding the child's needs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug test
• Effective speaking, reading, and writing skills in English
• Reliable transportation
• Complete RBT training and obtain certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board within 90 days of hire
