Are you looking for a flexible, part-time job that is also suitable for students? Do you want to help children with autism and gain valuable experience? We will train you and pay you to become an RBT.

During training, you'll be paid $12.25/hour for completing a 40-hour Applied Behavior Analysis course. Once certified, your pay increases to $15.75/hour, with a range up to $18.25/hour. If you are already certified, starting pay is within this range.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with autism in their homes or our clinic under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Implement instructional programs, teach adaptive skills, and carry out behavior interventions.
• Collect data, complete session notes, and communicate with Behavior Analysts regarding the child's needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Complete RBT training and obtain certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board within 90 days of hire.
