Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and contribute to meaningful outcomes for families.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred in psychology/education), and experience with autism.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
