My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children in the home and community setting. We offer training and room for growth, including RBT certification for the right candidates.

Education: high school diploma or college degree; RBT 40-hour training required before working with clients. Must have reliable transportation, pass a background check, and demonstrate dependability and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior interventions and treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching with reinforcement.
• Collect data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Work with BCBA to implement ABA procedures.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA, team, and families.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA (min 5% of services).
• Maintain professional boundaries and BACB ethical compliance.
• Resolve conflicts effectively and communicate with supervisor for feedback.

We are hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high quality ABA Therapy to children in the home and community setting.

• Focusing in the following areas: 19152, 19154, 19149, 19136, 19135, 19124, 19115, 19001

We provide full training for those who are new to the field, as well as room for growth for more experienced candidates.

Here's what we need from you:

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time while working with clients.

• Able to respond quickly over short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients.

• Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

RBT Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in the home or community setting.

• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21

• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilize a variety of skill building and reinforcement methods in line with the treatment plan during sessions.

• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions for all programs targeted and enter into EMR daily.

• Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

• Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA, other RBT team members, clinical directors, and families to support the clients’ needs

• Receive Supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services provided.

• Maintain professional boundaries around all clients and families.

• Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs

• Able to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations smoothly.

• Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidance.
