Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. You will work alongside a BCBA, implement individualized plans, and collect daily progress data. Training is provided, including RBT certification at no cost to you.

We seek dependable, communicative individuals with integrity and a positive attitude. A valid driver’s license and reliable car are required for commuting to client homes.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to client work.
• Experience: 1 year ABA or working with children with disabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans for ages 2–21.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition daily.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team; participate in supervision.
• Maintain professional boundaries and open communication with families.

We are hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high quality ABA Therapy to children in the home and community setting.

• Focusing on the following areas: 19140, 19141, 19137, 19134, 19132, 19120, and 19072

We provide full training for those who are new to the field, as well as room for growth for more experienced candidates.

Interested in becoming an RBT? We will provide the RBT 40-hour training course for the right candidates at no cost to you! We will help you step by step become RBT certified!

Here's what we need from you:

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required

• RBT 40-hour training is required prior to working with a client

• Experience: One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time while working with clients.

• Able to respond quickly over short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients.

• Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

RBT Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in the home or community setting.

• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21

• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilize a variety of skill building and reinforcement methods in line with the treatment plan during sessions.

• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions for all programs targeted and enter into EMR daily.

• Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

• Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA, other RBT team members, clinical directors, and families to support the clients’ needs

• Receive Supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services provided.

• Maintain professional boundaries around all clients and families.

• Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs

• Able to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations smoothly.

• Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidance.
