Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This in-home and community-based role emphasizes compassionate, data-driven interventions.

You will collect data, communicate findings with behavior analysts, and maintain clear progress notes. The position offers competitive pay, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for professional growth through training

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.

• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.

• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
