Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Evergreen, CO

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data and track the progress of clients during therapy sessions
  • Assist with creating a positive, engaging environment for children with autism and other developmental disorders
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy in a variety of settings (home, school, clinic, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the therapy team
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disorders is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
  • Ability to maintain a positive and motivating environment for clients
