Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. in Dearborn, MI is seeking a part-time ABA aide to deliver one-to-one services under clinical supervision. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families and team.

The role offers 15–20 hours per week, with work at both clinic and family homes. RBT credential is preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid and Safety Care training are preferred. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Part-time availability; 15-20 hours/week.
• Willingness to work in clinic and family homes.
• RBT credential preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ with some college; bachelor's preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, transportation, and insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
• Safety Care training preferred; annual paid training.

Responsibilities

Help children build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you'll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth.

Requirements

• Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
• Able to work Part-Time shifts M-F. Around 15-20 hours of work per week.
• Must be willing to work in clinic AND family homes
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is preferred but not required
• Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
• Safety Care Trained preferred, annual paid training
