Job summary

AprilMay Inc in Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to apply ABA principles in classroom settings, assess student needs, and provide targeted interventions.

You will collect and submit data for Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), model plans for paraprofessionals and staff, and offer ongoing consultation to teachers, parents and school personnel. The role also includes quarterly professional development for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Two years of experience working with children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum a Bachelors degree Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, two (2) years of experience working with children with intellectual and or developmental disabilities
