Your Role as an RBT:

  • Implementindividualized ABA therapy programsunder the supervision of aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Foster apositive, engaging, and supportivelearning environment for children.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to help inform treatment plans.
  • Communicate regularly with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards as outlined by theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

What We’re Looking For:

  • RBT certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasmfor working with children.
  • Strong reliability and responsibility—we count on you to be there for the children we serve.
  • A fun, engaging approach to learning—someone who enjoys making therapy an enjoyable and positive experience for children.
  • Experience working with children, particularly in atherapy, education, or special needs setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsto work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to pass a background check—the safety and well-being of the children we serve is our top priority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 60 college credit hours, inPsychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs and best support our clients.
