Position Overview
MOD Behavior ABA is seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide in-home ABA services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. The role involves assisting BCBAs to implement behavior plans, helping clients with daily activities, monitoring behaviors, recording data, and communicating progress. Additional clerical and administrative duties may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavior intervention services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in various settings
  • Implement behavior and skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record data accurately
  • Complete treatment notes promptly
  • Follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct
  • Attend team meetings
  • Motivate and support clients and staff

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable vehicle, auto insurance, valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in B.A./B.S. program preferred
  • ABA experience preferred
  • Medicaid Number preferred
  • RBT Certification

Work Environment: In-person
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
