Job summary

Behavioral Family Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our South Florida team, delivering ABA therapy in home, onsite, or community settings under supervision. You will support clients with acquisition and reduction goals, following individualized plans and communicating with BCBA and caregivers.

Qualifications

• BACB RBT credential required.
• High School diploma with one or more years of direct service experience.
• Certifications in in-services, crisis management, confidentiality, and recipient’s rights are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, onsite, or community settings.
• Follow the individualized treatment plan and report progress to BCBA/Caregivers.
• Demonstrate skills in reducing problem behaviors and implementing acquisition programs.
• Prepare materials for sessions and maintain session documentation.
• Uphold BACB ethics and maintain a professional, supportive environment.

Pay Range: $20-$25 Hourly

The mission of the Behavior Technician is to produce socially-significant behavior improvement that meets regulatory standards applicable to behavior analysis in an ethical manner that meet the needs of the client(s).

Required Skills and Experience

• Board Certified by the BACB with the Registered Behavior Technician, RBT credential
• High School diploma, with one or more years’ experience providing direct services to recipients with mental health disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Documented certifications of in-services in the treatment of mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, recipient’s rights, crisis management strategies, and confidentiality
• Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred
