Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC in South Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, onsite, or community-based ABA therapy. You will support clients under BCBA supervision, implement behavior plans, and help families reinforce skills across settings.

Responsibilities include delivering quality ABA services, maintaining data collection, and communicating progress to caregivers.

Qualifications

• BACB RBT credential required.
• High School diploma required; 1+ year direct service experience.
• Certifications in mental health/ID settings encouraged.
• English fluency required; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with caregivers and team.

Pay Range: $20-$25 Hourly

The mission of the Behavior Technician is to produce socially-significant behavior improvement that meets regulatory standards applicable to behavior analysis in an ethical manner that meet the needs of the client(s).

• upholds the BACB's eth... guidelines

Required Skills and Experience:

• Board Certified by the BACB with the Registered Behavior Technician, RBT credential
• High School diploma, with one or more years’ experience providing direct services to recipients with mental health disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Documented certifications of in-services in the treatment of mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, recipient’s rights, crisis management strategies, and confidentiality
• Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred

• Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs.
