About The Role

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to clients in a school setting.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Follow behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Maintain professional communication with families and caregivers.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
