Job summary

Intellistars ABA in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision. The role is part-time, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend coverage as needed.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, educate families, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records, contributing to meaningful, life-enhancing outcomes for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid RBT certification.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.

As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Summary
