Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as prescribed by the BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client.
• Document progress through data collection and notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA for effective therapy and decision-making.
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support.
• Deliver therapy in various settings including homes, schools, and clinics.

Requirements:

• Valid RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
