Salary: $21+ per hour, based on experience. Includes a $750 performance bonus (RBT certification required).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as prescribed by the BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client.
• Document progress through data collection and notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA for effective therapy and decision-making.
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support.
• Deliver therapy in homes, schools, and clinics.

Requirements

• Valid RBT certification.
• Current CPR not required but must be obtained upon hire.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Experience working with individuals in various settings.
