Bounce Therapy provides compassionate, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in their homes. Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for in-home clients located in the Matawan, NJ area M-F after school hours and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA

  • Work 1:1 with children in their home environment

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition

  • Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Availability during after-school hours (typically 3 PM – 8 PM).
