Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in the Florence area. You’ll work 1:1 in clients’ homes, following individualized plans created by a supervising BCBA.

You’ll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and communicate with families to reinforce skills in the natural environment. We offer paid training to earn RBT certification, flexible scheduling, weekly PTO from day one, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• ABA experience is a plus.
• You must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in clients’ homes.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.

As part of our in‑home ABA team, you’ll work directly with children in their natural environment-at home-where your impact is immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You’ll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. Sessions take place in clients’ homes, so you’ll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know-even if you’re new to ABA.
