Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in San Tan/Queen Creek and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with clients in their homes, implementing individualized ABA plans under a supervising BCBA.

Travel to client homes is required, and care and communication with families are essential. We offer competitive pay ($22-$30/hour), paid training to earn or advance your RBT certification, and full-time or part-time schedules with weekly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and communicate with families about child progress.
• Provide services in clients' homes and maintain independence while staying connected with the clinical team.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. Sessions take place in clients' homes, so you'll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team.

We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children. ABA experience is a plus! You must have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area. You'll also need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
