The Treetop in Mesa, AZ is hiring In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children in our ABA program. We offer training, support to earn RBT certification, and a path for growth within a warm, family-friendly clinic.

Position supports part-time or full-time hours with weekly PTO accrual and competitive pay. We provide full benefits for eligible staff and a 401(k) with company match, plus ongoing supervision and professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental differences under supervision.

As part of our clinic ABA team, you'll work directly with the children in the center and your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.

We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children. ABA experience is a plus! You must have a high school diploma or GED.
