The Treetop ABA Therapy in Mesa is hiring In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work directly with children with autism, delivering one-on-one therapy under a BCBA supervisor, with a focus on progress and family updates.

As part of our clinic ABA team, you’ll work directly with the children in the center and your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You’ll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know-even if you’re new to ABA.
