New Heights ABA, Warrensville Heights clinic, seeks enthusiastic RBTs to support young children with autism in a clinic setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, ~8:15 AM – 4:15 PM, ~37.5 hours per week, with paid training and mentorship.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience, along with bi-monthly professional development to meet BACB recertification requirements. Strong preference for candidates with daycare, preschool, or related backgrounds and reliable

New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1–6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Warrensville Heights.

We welcome:

• Experienced RBTs (MUST have RBT designation)
• Backround in daycare, preschool, special education, or professional nanny roles highly preferred

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | ~8:15 AM – 4:15 PM

Location:

Clinic-based only ~37.5 hours/week

Pay & Growth:

$21.00 – $22.50/hour (based on experience)

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to actively engage with young children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving quickly when needed to support safety and participation in therapy activities.
