New Heights ABA in Warrensville Heights seeks enthusiastic RBTs to support young children with autism in a clinic setting. This full-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities for BACB recertification-required professional development.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, roughly 8:15 AM–4:15 PM, with a pay range of $21.00–$22.50 per hour based on experience. Must have RBT designation and CPR/First Aid certification.

Formación

• RBT certification and Instructional Aide designation within 30 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation to and from clinic.

New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1–6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Warrensville Heights.

We welcome:

• Experienced RBTs (MUST have RBT designation)
• Backround in daycare, preschool, special education, or professional nanny roles highly preferred

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | ~8:15 AM – 4:15 PM

Location:

Clinic-based only ~37.5 hours/week

Pay & Growth:

$21.00 – $22.50/hour (based on experience)

• Paid training & mentorship
• Bi-monthly Professional Development (meets BACB recertification requirements)

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to actively engage with young children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving quickly when needed to support safety and participation in therapy activities.
