Job description

Job Description

We are actively looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our EAST clinic team supporting children ages 1-10 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). We are seeking dedicated applicants with reliable transportation who can competently deliver ABA services at our Warrensville Heights clinic and perform services in area daycares within 20 minutes of our clinic, particularly at a Stow daycare.

To be considered, candidates should have demonstrated experience implementing behavior plans and teaching skills to children as an RBT. ABA therapy will be delivered to children in area daycares and at our east clinic. Weekly supervision by BCBA will occur in both settings. Responsibilities include: implementing interventions, collecting data, writing session notes, communicating with the team, and helping children develop communication, social, play, and life skills. Reliable transportation is required.

We seek an enthusiastic RBT who loves working with children. Please only apply if you are an RBT with availability Monday-Friday 8:15-5:15 or slightly later if working in a daycare setting. This position is approximately 37.5 hours per week. We welcome passionate candidates interested in professional development, mentorship, and contributing to a supportive environment.

Qualifications/Training

  • Associates or higher degree strongly preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required within the first 30 days.
  • Two or more years of demonstrated experience working with children aged 1-10 years.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification required upon hire.
  • Comprehensive training and supervision will be provided to meet eligibility requirements for maintaining RBT certification.

Any potential applicant at NHABA must demonstrate their ability to engage with children and interact with staff during the interview process. We are looking for team members who have a passion for working with children.
