Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Openings for Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) in Southwest Houston.

Competitive pay between $19-$24 PER HOUR!

We provide in-home services implementing innovative play-based ABA therapy.

  • $400 sign-on bonus after working 15 billable hours, paid after completing your 90-day probationary period

The Behavior Technician will provide ABA therapy in home and community settings, focusing on improving communication, social skills, and play skills. Responsibilities include program implementation, professional communication with families, record keeping, managing challenging behaviors, maintaining confidentiality, and traveling to client locations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • RBT certification required
  • Experience working with children in ABA is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Access to a working cell phone
  • Background check required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk, run, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, pull, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work on the floor or in child-sized furniture settings
  • Must prioritize safety and be able to respond quickly
  • Physical exertion may be required for up to 45 minutes at a time
