What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and document accurate data on client behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Embrace trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in every session
