Location: Near Kansas City, Kansas

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism or behavioral challenges in a school setting
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)
