Job description

Great hourly rate, no late nights and make a lasting difference for a child!

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Macon, Georgia. Services may be provided in the clinic or Home and Community-based settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide home, community and clinic-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers.
  • Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seek out appropriate consultation.
  • Collect behavior data and record data in CentralReach after each session.
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision.
  • Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
  • Required: Valid driver's license and transportation.
  • Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

  • Travel between clients' homes will be required.
  • Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30pm.

Pay Rate: up to $35 hourly.
