Job summary

Hannah's Gift CO in Fountain, CO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and community settings across Fountain and Security‑Widefield.

No experience is required. We offer paid training and help you obtain RBT certification. You’ll collect data, implement plans under supervision, empower families with practical strategies, and participate in regular supervision meetings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB or willingness to complete with our support.
• Reliable transportation to reach families in Fountain/Security-Widefield.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start).
• Comfort working with military families and PCS moves/deployments.

Responsibilities

• Execute behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA in naturalistic environments.

• Keep BCBA informed of changes in client behavior, family circumstances, or scheduling needs.
